第一章:黑色情人节
狄不凡是个资深的侦探,他经历过数百次的案件,但是 none of them were as brutal as this one. A young woman, Sarah, lay in a pool of blood with a knife in her back. The only clue was a small note at her feet: "I knew you were coming. I hope you enjoyed the party."
狄不凡 sat in his office, trying to figure out what was going on. It had all the makings of aDATE ROGUE, but there was something different here. Something that made him think this was far more than just a normal case. He picked up his phone and dialed Sarah's number.
"Sarah, can you hear me?" he asked her.
"Who is this?" she asked, her voice tight with fear.
"It's Detective狄不凡," he said, his voice calm and steady. "I work with the Homicide Department, and I need your help. I have a witness who saw you at the scene, and they identify you as the last person to see Sarah before she was killed."
Sarah's voice became even tighter. "What makes you think I did this?"
"I have a feeling,"狄不凡 said. "But I need more evidence to prove my theory. Can you come in for a cup of coffee and help me figure out what's going on?"
Sarah hesitated for a moment before finally agreed. She arrived at the detective's office, and狄不凡 handed her a cup of hot coffee.
"Thanks," Sarah said, her voice barely above a whisper.
"You're welcome,"狄不凡 said, his eyes studying her. "Now, can you tell me more about the party Sarah was at?"
"It was a surprise birthday party for Sarah's boss," Sarah said, her voice filled with excitement. "I haven't seen her like that before. She was so happy."
"And what happened?"狄不凡 asked, his voice becoming more intense.
"Nothing much," Sarah said, her voice becoming more hesitant. "I left the party early because I have a meeting to attend. But I heard some noise coming from one of the other rooms. I thought it was just the party noise, but I came back and found Sarah on the floor, her back to me."
"What happened to her?"狄不凡 asked, his voice rising in concern.
"I don't know," Sarah said, her voice barely above a whisper. "But I saw someone leaving the room, and I think it might have been her boss."
狄不凡 stood up and went to the window, looking out at the city. He could see the reflection of the other buildings and the street below. He could see the blood on the floor, and he could see the fear in Sarah's eyes.
"Did you see anyone else at the party?" he asked, his voice a little softer.
"No," Sarah said, her voice barely above a whisper. "I left the party alone."
狄不凡 nodded. "Okay, I'll look into it. But I need you to come in for dinner. I have a feeling this is going to be a big case."
Sarah hesitated for a moment before finally agreed. "Okay," she said, her voice barely above a whisper.
狄不凡 smiled. "I knew you could help me out."
The two of them sat at a table in狄不凡's office, surrounded by stacks of papers and crime scene photos.狄不凡 picked at his food, his mind racing with theories.
"So, what do you think was going on?"狄不凡 asked Sarah, his voice a little softer.
"I have no idea," Sarah said, her voice barely above a whisper. "But I have a feeling that it was more than just a robbery."
"Robbery?"狄不凡 asked, his voice becoming more intense. "What makes you think that?"
"Because it's always a red herring," Sarah said, her voice
